Dear Friend, I started boxing in 1966 under the tutelage of the late Eddie Johnson, my mother’s only brother.

I worked side by side with Eddie and started a gym in 1978 called the Tournament House Youth Athletic Club. In 1984 the name was changed to the Pasadena Youth Boxing Club, a juvenile diversion program.

Learn from a seasoned professional boxing trainer.

I worked for the former Los Angeles Mayor Sam Yortys’, Commission on Gangs and the Los Angeles Youth Gang Services.

My other experience’s include: Boxing Inspector for the California State Athletic Commission; President of the Los Angeles Police Athletic League (L.A. Pal); board member of the Southern California Golden Gloves, under Johnnie Flores, President; board member of the USA/ABF (Amateur Boxing Federation); Coach; Referee; and Judge.

I’ve worked with youth boxing for 20 years. Amateur boxing is the best way to go. It teaches you how to hone in your skills before a professional career.

Anyone can easily learn to box effectively.

This DVD not only shows you boxing techniques, but it can also be used to work out. I train women as well men. The boxing movements that I teach not only show you how to box, but it also gives you a good workout firming the arms, abdomen, and legs, and gives you more stamina.

I have trained many boxers that have gone on to be professionals.
In the game of boxing, a teacher can’t teach you something he hasn’t experience himself.

I’ve spared and boxed with names like, Hedgemon Lewis, Carlos Palamino, Dubb Huntley, Art Kirkland, Henry Cullpepper, Lou Blades, Baby Casius, Andy Price, and many more top names in boxing.

I was managed by Jackie McCoy and promoted by Eileen Eaton and Don Charger. You will like my Boxing Made Simple video because I made it an easy step by step way to box.

I can share with you my choices of the best equipment to use, and give you tip’s of the trade. I want you to fulfill your dreams.

Boxing Made Simple is not just for men...

Why would females benefit from Buddy Bereal’s “Boxing Made Simple” video?

The modern day woman not only wants to strengthen her arms, abs, legs, and gluts, she also wants to release the stress that her work, social/family life inflicts upon her daily. A demanding day at the office, sitting in a cubicle and facing a computer, definitely will not help you to burn that excess fat!

Perhaps after serving a prepared dinner to her family, she could pop in Buddy Bereal’s “Boxing Made Simple” in order to start reducing those extra calories – especially after the holidays!

After a while, a demanding boss, man, and children are just overwhelming!

Reward and Tone Yourself at the same time.

Why not reward yourself by making you look good?

Relax, take a deep breath, and imagine that your punching bag is your overweight slob who is watching the game. You know you love him so dearly!

Buddy Bereal can give you the self-confidence to make him get up and do the dishes, with moves that will knock him down if he does not!

Remember, he’s just an imaginary punching bag that you are visualizing to get through this video after a long day.

No casualties will be occurring in your living room today. Also, please don’t try this at home.

Imagine that your oppressor is facing you. It does not even have to be someone you know. It can be the evil stalker watching you load your groceries in the trunk, waiting to make his next move on you, the helpless woman.

Well, you do not have to be weak and helpless anymore. It’s time to lose those flabby arms and build some strong biceps, triceps, and shoulders. With the skills of this video, you’d have that evil man down in an instance, having him run for mercy, while you would be off to your next venture...

Thus, you would gain the confidence that you are stronger than any offender.

Drastically improve your energy level.

Has the boss been grinding you hard today? Is it another long day at the office, faced with multiple tasks? Now it is time to return to that demanding family, friend, roommate, significant other, or even pet!

No worries. You can simply release that stress by boxing with your best friend, Buddy Bereal!

He is not going to judge you if you have not made that 2 o’clock deadline.

In fact, he is going to help you to release all that stress and even help you to build focus for the next day at work.

Once you are completely relaxed, you can now focus on enjoying every aspect of life at even higher levels.

Improve your overall health.

“The National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute (NHLBI) recommends increased and sustained
cardiovascular elevation for fifteen to thirty minutes, three to four times a week. The American
College of Sports Medicine recommends twenty to sixty minutes of aerobic exercise (same thing),
three to five times a week, for optimal fitness, with two to three strength workouts per week.”

The benefits of a strength training workout such as boxing include among others, a reduction in body fat, and in turn an increase in muscle, or lean body mass.

It increases the strength one muscles can exert, and in the upper body, this is a concern for women.

Women typically have a stronger lower body, unlike men, who have more strength in their upper body.
After a boxing session with Buddy Bereal, a woman would also be dealing with less pains and strains, for it increases the strength of tendons and ligaments.

Increase your strength and flexibility.

A long day at work facing the computer can put strain on the neck and trapezoid muscles. However, boxing would help to strengthen these tender areas, preventing future problems such as a popping shoulder.

It would even improve the flexibility of the shoulder joint, because of the respective range of motion exercise it promotes.

Strength and flexibility are only two of the many benefits.

Several people today suffer from high cholesterol, including women.

Women with high cholesterol levels also show a higher tendency to develop coronary artery disease in the heart. However, boxing can help show positive changes in the blood’s cholesterol levels.

"Conducting the daily activities which life presents us only bog us down with more worries, until we can release them into the exciting activity of boxing. "

What about blood pressure?

It definitely helps in that arena as well! The sport is incredibly beneficial to one’s health. It “potentially decreases resting systolic and diastolic blood pressure...

This would be extremely helpful to those dealing with diabetes.

Why haven’t you decided to do the sport that provides the best workout around? You will definitely sweat hardcore and lose those extra holiday pounds!
